In recent months, our team at Clever Accounts have been undergoing an FCSA (Freelancer and Contractor Services Association) auditing in order to gain an accredited membership.

The audit carried out focused on many aspects related to client service and customer care, along with the day-to-day activities of accounts production and VAT.

Additionally, the audit reviewed the level and quality of advice we provide to our PSC client base, how we advise our clients and what is the process of onboarding new clients onto our service. The auditors then amalgamated the information and shared their results with FCSA.

How did we do?

We are pleased to say that Clever Accounts have successfully passed the audit and is now a fully approved FCSA Accredited Member.

Gaining an FCSA Accreditation is a fantastic result for Clever Accounts and underlines how far we have progressed over the past few years. It is an achievement that our team share together, as we all played our part in obtaining this recognition.
