We will shortly be releasing two new cool support tools that will help us communicate updates, introduce accounting guides and provide other resources in one central convenient place.
To kick things off, we have added a new page called “My Company”. This page provides a host of information about your business, your allocated accountant and account manager, together with access to the support pages.
You will see this page as soon as you log in so there is no need to navigate anywhere to view the information.
You can contact your accountant or account manager directly with this page. Furthermore, you can also view details of when and how your various taxes are due at HMRC.
To compliment the advice & help that you receive from your accountant, we are releasing a new support interface that will provide guidance on a variety of accounting, tax or general business information. The guides are helpfully categorised to provide an easy way of getting some general guidance on how you operate your business.
To access the support area, click on the “support” link at the top right of the page as indicated below.
We plan to add regularly to this support resource with various guidance on accounting and tax issues, software help and company updates. Therefore, it’s advisable to check back at regular intervals.
We are aware that some of our clients do not have access to our system due to using other bookkeeping packages, for example. Therefore, for those that do not currently have access, we will be emailing you a username and password shortly.
This is the first step to the new support system interface. Next, we will be making enhancements to how you communicate with your accountant and making it seamless and transparent to get answers to your questions.
